Goals: We wanted to improve the low conversion percentage on the website.

Method: Our first port of call was an abandoned cart email campaign.We wanted to recover as much as we could from those who had already taken the time to add products to the cart. We spent about 2 hours writing and setting up a series of abandoned cart emails.

Results: Within days, the stream started converting. Within a month we had improved overall sales by 35% just in abandoned cart recovery. This resulted in over $15k extra revenue per month for the client (who sold nearly $200k in recovered carts for the year.)
